Entry fee Dirty toilets

<p>I had to use the toilet at this centre since I live in East Londen I do not have to use this toilets but today I had to . The coin machine was broken and the door was open but in front of this door was this man told me his name is "xoliswe" and he worked for the centre I had to pay him R1 to enter this facility I ask about the broken coin container he jus shrug his shoulders I paid the money and he open the door I do not mind to pay money to use facility's but this place was and stil is at the moment of writing here discustingly dirty the floors toilets I am so discusted about this I went to the shoprite store and ask a lady 'Vuyiseke" working for shoprite what the correct name for this centre was she did not know I then wanted to talk to the manager mr. Goliath he was not there then a' manager/supervisor' I could not get her name was quick to told me that she is too busy to listen to my complaint although at that moment she did not even know what I wanted to talk about It is so bad for a centre where there is a lot of customers to have such dirty toilets and bad for shoprite that some supervisors or floor manager does not even bother to listen to your complaint Does this mean if the manager is not there you just cannot camplain or ask for decent service</p>
