Empty promises after bad service

<p>I have purchased expired mageu product from Shop rite in Florida. After complaining through the store the manager, she promised to get c***** to sort it out. The rep from c***** called and promised to come meet me in trade route on Friday th 27th august 2016. To date he has not called nor communicated with me. This silent treatment is very bad for customer service.</p>
