Employees give bad service at Shoprite stores

I honestly don't understand Shoprite employees,Shoprite is checkers and checkers is Shoprite same thing but at Shoprite nah it's a different service,its like those employees were picked at the same school where Shoprite asked "hi principal,can you please give us your most dumbest underperforming students,we wanna hire them at our company "...those employees they nothing compared to checkers Hyper workers,maybe shoprite doesn't share the same values as Checkers Hyper.At shoprite they scan all your products and shift them one side,the next customer will have to wait until you finish packing your **** coz no one is helping you to pack your R1500 grocery in plastic bags,at their dehli or something oh **** its worse.Fact is most the Shoprite stores I've been to aren't good with service,they just bad.You can tell a low class store for low class people have the worse customer service than the middle class store for middle class people,I honestly blame the employees not Shoprite coz I see the difference in these stores how a black person treats you when you shop at checkers and when you shop at Shoprite, those employees they underestimate us at Shoprite coz they just see another black person who's here for cheap products so I no longer do my shopping at Shoprite stores I now prefer checkers Hyper stores coz they have a good attitude.
