EMBARRASED AND SHAMED AT THE SHOPRITE BEREA WAS UNETICHAL

Good day I was at shoprite berea centre the cashier / front end controller nontebeko shozi refuses to cash for my things and insisted i went out and came back to cash and that i took the oil i did tell her i did not do such and when she told me 3 for a customer I acknowledged and a accepted i will take 3 but she then tells me she not cashing As i made a purchase thassistant manager was also rude and they told me they dont want to see me in the shop they started taking my trolley away I've been treated very poorly at this store and the oil was not on the shelf it was on the floor no marking 3 per cst I was embarrassed in the store and was treated terrible is this how they treat customers is this the way they was trained to be rude and unmanned poor service
