Bought electricity at shoprite in springs on wedensday. I got a slip realise whn Iget home that.it only has the free units.Icall ekurhulei they tell me I must go to shoprite to sort it out. I go there on Fridayths lady sho sold me this, after being asked by another lady, says with horrble attitude that its because Iowe he municipality. And shouting at that. The other lady just laughed and said to her why are you answering with that expression. I didngt findit funny. She was rude, humiliating and insisted tat Iowe the municipality. And then told me to return tomorrow to sortit out then threw the slip and it fell behind the computers, does she work for ekurhuleni now that she knows my business with ekurhuleni? And was that attitude necessar? Let alone the petrol and timei have to waste trying toget this sorted out and airtime calling the municipality. I called the municipality now at 7:15pm and spoke to Candice who told me Idont owe anything Ipaid on 30 jan. And said th calls are recorded so u can get those records. As for that 150 Ipaid for elecreicity, you can keep it if it makes her happy. I don'twant it back and wil never buy from that shoprite.
