****ed about shoprite in Roodepoort

I went to buy food stuff around 13:14 in shoprite Roodepoort closed to absa and was served by the lady called nelly with dread lock... She has a bad service, she was rude busy shouting me when i requested for assistance and isn't serving customers with a smile their job? And are they not hired to serve customers with a smile... Shoprite management should short out their stuff cause this is not the first time having such a treatment from shoprite especially in Roodepoort... And they turn to forget that they have jobs because of us customers and i demand an apology from the store and the nelly thanks I'm very annoyed
