Ear Ache

I purchased a set of earphones from the Shoprite in Florida on Friday (05/09). Upon using the earphones I discovered that the right earpiece was not working. On Monday night after work I returned the earphones and was refunded. I then went to purchase some groceries and once again purchased a pair of what I thought were new earphones. When I returned home and opened the earphones I discovered that it was the very same pair of earphones that I had just returned. When I returned the earphones I clearly told the supervisor that they were faulty. I don't understand how she can just go and put those very same earphones back on the shelf. It's absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to go back again for the same thing.
