Dube Shoprite staff

Good day I would like to lay a complaint regarding shoprite Dube staff her name is Portia Sithole, the security guard referred us to her because we wanted to return goods bought at shoprite, when we went to her we greeted her then she responded back with an attitude and left us there hanging and we called her and said excuse me we talking to you why you walking away then she gave us a whole lot of attitude we then asked her don’t you work here and she said so what if I work here, we then went to the manager’s office her name is Merica Letsosa and complained even in the office instead of her showing regret to what she did, she still have us attitude and we going back and forth shouting at each other infront of the manager and the manager kept quiet not even reprimanding her until we asked her what is she gonna do about this and she said she’ll give her a warning of which I doubt she will. Whilst in the office I even asked the manager is the staff member giving us attitude coz we young and black or what? Was she gonna give an elderly person or the same attitude she did with us?
