double charge my card

Yesterday I went to the above shoprite checkers to pay my account at their money market , the cashier had a problem with their card machine , what happened is the took 1,500 from my account ..refund that and i had to pay them back again 1,500, The cashier double charge from my account. they took two 1,500 instead of one 1500. I have tried to resolve the issue with them but they do not want to refund my 1500 , they are playing with me saying i should be refunded by standard bank, i went to standard bank as Admin Manager Zandile Chonco said, I need the money back please help , Shop rite has made me own my bank, today i am supposed to pay bills i cant because i have no money shoprite stole it from me. I am crying for help as soon as possible because any money that goes to my account will be taken by the bank since shoprite overdraw the money.
