Dolly from phumulani Shoprite service

Unacceptable the teller even have a bad attitude, I wanted to buy OTT Voucher of R10 and the teller by the name of Dolly Rotshidzwa Shirilele told me that the voucher price start at R20 which I find surprisingly cause in other Shoprite I can even buy a R5 voucher. I ask her if I can take this up with her supervisor she told me to happily take it further, she even ask another lady who seem to be the supervisor she stated that the vouchers there at Shoprite phumulani mall start at R20. I ask the teller when did this changes start she said few weeks ago I ask for the date she said she does remember. The attitude while answering and me as a customer told happily take it further, Yoh said hat a service. Was so disappointed but the teller dolly seem never care.
