doesn't want to give my product that was fully pai

On sun, 21 feb @ 12h00 I bought a packet of peter stuyvesant blue switch white label and the girl on the counter was having a conversation with another 2 girls from the shop and she was hardly finish helping me, then they continued their chat. I thought my daughter had taken the cigarettes and put it into grocery bags and she thought I had taken the cigarettes, but nothing. Only hours later I discovered that we didn't take the cigarettes off the counter. When I returned on Mon, 22 feb @ 5.30pm the customer services lady n guy told me that they can't do anything as the girl doesn't remember me. I politely asked them to check the cameras, but they outright refused! Now if they have nothing to hide, why could they not check the cameras to see who took the cigarettes or what happened to the packet? Shoprite takes my hard earned money and blatantly refused to give it back or reinburse me or watch the videos of yesterday. I have the till slip to show that I paid for it. I want my money back or the product I paid for! Shoprite Cravenby made me out to be a ****!! That's defamation of my character!! I'm not leaving it there.
