DOBSONVILLE MALL 2 CASHIERS REFUSE TO HELP ME CAUSE IT WAS 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING STORE 08.07.23

I Went to shoprite Dobsonville mall yesterday 08.07.2023 to buy basic food, it was 10 minutes before closing time, 2 cashiers were toying with me at the cashier point when trying to pay my items, the other one was sending me to the other verse verser, i end leaving my items and walk out of shoprite and the SAID PART THEY WERE LAUGHING AT ME AFTER ALL THE TRAUMA I WENT THROUGH TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS SO THAT END OF THE WEEK THEIR WAGES CAN BE PAID, MY QUESTION IS WHY?PLEASE SUSPEND THEM FOR 3 MONTHS WITHOUT WAGES TO TEACH THEM THAT CUSTOMER IS IMPORTANT (THEY WERE RUSHING TO GO HOME)SUSPEND THEM 3 MONTHS WITHOUT PAY AND THEREAFTER TEACH THEM STORES RULES CONCERNING CUSTOMERS AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INCCIDENT
