Do NOT use Shoprite Sixty60 - Terrible Service

Twice in two days Sixty60 have accepted my money and when the deliveries have arrived, I have been missing items from my order. Both times I contacted the helpdesk on ***and lodged a complaint. My item costs were refunded.

However, when I asked about the double-delivery charge I had to pay to re-order the goods that were not delivered with the initial delivery, I was told that this is not refundable.

This is not a matter of money but a matter of principle. As a customer, if YOUR team drops the ball and I do not get my complete order, why should I have to double-pay in order to get delivery of the items that were not delivered?

Disgusting.
