DLAMINI SOWETO SHOPRIGHT THE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER VISITED OVER THE PAST MONTH EVERYDAY THERES SOMETHING NEW THE TECHINICAL ISSUES EMOTIONAL ISSUES OF STAFF AND WHATS WORST APARTHIED WILL NEVER END IF WE HAVE SUCH CLOSED MINDED PEOPLE...............what disgusting service for such a brand new branch... Shopright Dlamini in soweto i am so disheartened by the service i received and the attitude of the staff working in this store no excitement that shopright created employment for you holistically i guess its has to do with attitude employees at dlamini shopright wont get this store anywhere.

i have had such a bad experience with the people working there and the manager was not even on sight when asked to speak to him or her. theres a younger crowd of employees there you would expect joy excitement during these difficult times we did not ask the employees to choose this job if they are so unhappy to assist clients stay home simple.... besides the lotto machine forever being offline there are old people who found convenience going to the store they are fami**** with and then you get such treatment.

i am not a happy customer at all i am a regular and everytime its the same old nonsense attitude not just for me but other customers too if the tills do not have money for customers to withdraw we are being sent up and down people working there do not even know where they pack stuff and on what shelves has shopright thought this process through before building a brand as big as you are in dlamini soweto? i personally think much training is needed and i will not be shopping at this store until this bad attitude is sorted out staff need to know how to speak to customers young or old its a respect thing and principle, its appreciation for having a job for such a big brand and not just thinking a teller is where u will end up keep personal emotions out of the store... i am not happy and if there is no response i will be going to the media with this and label this one of the worst stores amongst other things. such a disappointment honestly...

what startles me more is that we still have racial comments being thrown out the window whatever my race may be known for do not think everyone is the same im disgusted. bad bad bad dlamini shopright not worthy of even being opened.
