Distasteful & poor service

I am very disgusted by the service we receive daily at Shoprite in Lotus Gardens, this morning as usual I went out to buy their freshly baked bread from their bakery at 10am and we were told that it will be ready by 11h00. By 11am there was still no bread and unfortunately there was an elderly man infront of me who got dizzy and fainted when he was on the que. The manager of the store did nothing to help even when asked to bring water for that customer but was giving us (paying customers) attitude. Something should be done about the poor service we get from that store and people should be held accountable.
