Dissatisfied with Shoprite AGAIN!!

I’m so annoyed. I created a voucher on my MobiCred account for my sister. The Shoprite in Site c refused to help her, she even created the money market account and we are now failing to redeem the voucher into her account. I have been running around like a headless chicken, I’m not even getting assistance from the customer support. I just want my voucher reverse back to my MobiCred account because I’ve already sent the cash that was needed anyways.
