Dissatisfied customer

Hello Peter, I went to Shoprite Protea Gardens in Soweto on the 22nd December 2019 to purchase a cooler box, avoiding the queues and getting a pack of cigarettes, I decided to pay at the cigarette counter, much to my surprise I was told by ladies (staff) who were gathering around at the counter that I am only allowed to pay for cigarettes otherwise for the cooler box I must go queue at the normal counter, when I raised my concerns I was then told that for that very fact I will not be served, I was later attended by ( I am assuming) a supervisor, i tried to get the lady's name but she literally disappeared into the staff room, i would like to have a shoprite representative to call me for a full and descriptive complaint and my contact number is *** urgently please.
