Dissatisfied customer

On the 24th of Dec I attended the Chatsworth centre shoprite to purchase last minute groceries. As I finished shopping on my way to my vehicle I noticed the trolley guy who was assembling the trolleys to push it back into the store. An uncle of mine kindly asked the black guy to at least move the trolley aside so we can move the vehicle out of the car park to exist the mall. The black guy played on deaf ears about three times as if he doesn't understand english. When I approached him from the driver side door and had asked him I understand it's your job but you blocking the way and this could of caused an accident seeing as I had my fiance with me and my little niece. He then began to use vulgar languages and became very arrogant I stoped my vehicle to confront him but he just entered the mall quickly. On Monday the 6th I went Into the shoprite to report this issue when I did I was told the regional manager was there but could not be found the assistant manager a female lady assisted me and guranted me that a follow to this would be done and they would give me a call till this very day nothing has been done. I spend thousands of rands a month at the Chatsworth centre shoprite and to be treated in this manner is very very unprofessional. Now I'm forced to shop else were due to they lack of professionalism.
