Dissatisfied Customer

So disappointed with service I got, On the 19th of April I reached out to tiger brands with a complaint. I even sent pictures, I bought maize meal which was stale, sent my details and was given a call, was informed that I will be sent a voucher and up until today nothing. The guy who called me gave me a turn around time which was within 7 days! It's really unprofessional of them and I need them to at least return ny money since they can't send that stupid voucher.
