Dissatisfied customer

Was at a shoprite store at Square Kwa-thema, had a very bad experience, bought groceries worth around R300 den went on a till to pay with my "adumo" voucher which I received at work as a gift. It wanted a pin of which I ddnt receive when given a gift, so I'm quite not sure if shoprite is not registered with gift vouchers or adumo chose shops where to buy, but an electronical voucher it's supposed to buy every where and anywhere within d retail and food industry,,, I ddnt get any help until I paid cash
