Dissapointing service at shoprite!!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed by the service I just received at shoprite in Palm Springs mall.. I wanted send cash from capitec.. So I was in the que for over 30 minutes when I get to the till the cashier is struggling to process it.. She kept saying she doesn't know how to operate the till she called for assistance they both struggled and told me to go outside and que another long que to be assisted at the money market...i got no explanation what so ever the lady just said iyala sisi go outside and proceeded assisting the next person. I desperately needed the money to buy food because I am diabetic in that state I had to walk all the way home which is in evaton.. I'm so hurt and dissapointed. And they didn't have name tags.. The cashier is an old lady with a ladies cut. She was wearing a black tunic with a white shirt. And a black blazer with a red tie.. She kept saying she's a visitor there.
