dissapointed and fustrated customer

im so fustrated went to shoprite randburg square to buy electricty gave mahlodi mahladisa my meter number *** and she gave me eskom electricity and not city power she also did not confirm the initials and surname of the account number..... the branch manager she was very rude with me and gave me attitude even forgot her namr and surname im even shaking by the service i received from her and she told me to go ahead and report her... my number ***
