Dissapointed

<p>I entered at shoprite Josiah Gumede rd pinetown with a packet of noodles in my bag which I had forgotten about, did my shopping and when I went out the security checked my till slip and asked to search my bag and he saw the noodles, I explained but he wouldn't hear anything of it insisted its ****** and I should pay causing a scene embarrassing me infront of otge customers mind you I was with my 3 year old daughter who started crying I asked what was the procedure and I was not told instead he called others a guy named xolani who forced me to pay for it, I asked if they had cameras he said yes, which makes me wonder what are they there for if they still abuse their customers in such a crucial manner, caring less about the child I'm up and down with, the securities name is Xolani/Zolani Mkhize if I'm not mistaken he didn't even introduce himself to me. I need someone to tell me if the way my situation was handled is the correct manner or not. I was so close to tears but I couldn't break down in front of my daughter, however I remain angry, hurt and disgusted. It will take me a long time to enter that place again</p>
