Dissapointed

I bought an essential 2 plate stove in May but today only 1 plate is working and even the other one is slow, I really dont know what to do because I dont have the box either but bought it using the Shoprite Rewards Card...im soo dissapointed because the one I bought before it was 2015 and only stopped working this year in May
