Disrespectful Store Manager at Shoprite Kagiso Mall

I went to Shoprite Kagiso Mall on the 22 November 2020 to buy a few grocery items. I got to the cashier by the name of Mashusu Netshidi who told me that I couldn't use my Checkers Rewards card and that I had to register for a new Shoprite card. I refused and told her that I always shop at Checkers and a few times that I did go to Shoprite I have been using the Checkers card and that I DON'T WANT the Shoprite card . She then called her store manager who didn't have a name badge on.

I asked his name and he said he is Siboniso Skeyi, the manager insisted that I must give him my ID number and wait for him to register me for a new shoprite rewards card. I waited for 20 minutes while he struggled and while I was taking his details he told the cashier to use the same Checkers card so that I can go. This guy wasted customer's time because there were about three other customers behind me, he disrespected me and thought that I do not know my rights.

I do not like shopping at Shoprite because their customer service is always the worst.
