DISRESPECTFUL STAFF

As a Director of a company,i often accompany my delivery staff on delivery routes,simply to experience what THEY do on a daily basis. Thee most shocking experience was at the SHOPRITE & CHECKERS receiving departments.This organization seriously need to educate & train there receiving staff that there is a level of respect, professionalism & decorum on how to address delivery personnel.what i experience was appalling. A step further was some of the Shoprite store managers.one can thus deduce that the store manager has set the bar for these unruly & disrespectful shoprite staff members, port elizabeth region.No people s****s.Respect is earned not commanded nor demanded.Shoprite regional office Walmer Port Elizabeth need to address this matter with urgency.Please realize that not every manufacturer or supplier want to do business with shoprite.the options are endless. (pick & pay, spar,)
