Disrespectful & Disgusting Customer Service

I just received the most disgusting service ever from the Shoprite Kempton Park CBD store,not only did the cashier by the name of PINKY refuse to help me with a Cash back transaction but she told me point blank that she will not do it then after forced me to enter my pin or move to another till,and she did all of this in front of other staff members and a manager and when i asked if anybody will assist me only then did the manager decide to point me to another till which the lady assisted,my question to Shoprite SA,dont you do cash back transactions at all your stores??aren't you cashiers customer service trained seeing as they want to disrespect and bully us as "customers"??and as a manager aren't they suppose to reprimand staff member who do such??
