DISRESPECTFUL DELI CONTROLLER

Shoprite East Lynne at 43 Baviaan****rt road, Employees there don't respect customers they insulted us few minutes ago and it is not the first time. the lady called Marth Sibanyoni from the Deli Controller she rude and disrespectful. most of the time when we queue at deli she does not attend to customers instead she talks with her colleagues and she doesn't customers we would call her several times without responding even when she saw that there customers who are queuing at deli. what kind of customer policy does she practice in her position i aspect her to know better. i didnt want to write her name because before i thought she would change but clear she will not.
