DISRESPECTFUL CASHIER

After so many years shopping at shoprite, this was my first time having to throw a performance at the till to be assisted. The cashier puts the closed sign INSIDE another customers trolley. After waiting so long.. we get to the till, they take the sign from inside the trolley and put it on the customers trolley and tells us to join the other ques. THE QUES WERE EXTREMELY LONGGGGG. I told the cashier that it is unfair as we were waiting for so long, she assisted the customer infront of me and then signed out of her till and was waiting for someone to take her cash up and saying she will not assist me. As she knocked of at 6 30.And told me to go join another line, I refused as it is unacceptable to make someone wait and then tell them to go join another que. The Frontline manager was even worse she didn't even help. They were talking in their own language gossiping about me. (The way their gossiping is so good, wish they did the same at their customer service and respect for the customers) I had to walk to the store Manger who only then assisted me and made the cashier open the till to assist me.

@shoprite there are many people that are looking for jobs. People who will appreciate having a job and will go above and beyond to assist the companies customers. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SHOPRITE AGAIN.... I'd rather spend a R100.00 extra at SPAR where I know I'll never be treated and disrespected like this....
