Disrespectful Cashier!

I went on Shoprite in Lansdowne Corner. My brother in law and I went were paying for the wood that we bought. Instead of scanning all the bags of wood the cashier asked my brother in-law if it was ok the same price. He said he thinks it is and then she scanned the other by of wood and saw it was a different price. The cashier then shouted and told him that he can lie for such a person. I told her it's not his responsibility to know the prices and it's her job to scan everything. She then said whatever. I asked for her manager and then she told me to get him myself. When the supervisor saw what was happening she came to ask me what's wrong and while I was explaining to her the cashier said I must keep quiet I am making a noise. She was so rude and disrespectful! The manager said he will give her a warning as they don't know that behaviour. I was very upset. He said the company's rule is that no customer should leave the store upset, but they let me leave the store about. They did not even reimburse me for the time that I wasted at that shop. I then went to pick n pay hyper to purchase my items and I recieved fantastic service from them even though they were abit more pricey. I will not set my foot in another Shoprite store again!
