Disrespectful and Undermining Service at Shoprite Glenridge

On the 02-06-24 I went to buy a combo of 1.5Wheetbix, 1x6 Shoprite fullcream milk, 2kg Hullets brown sugar and 750g Ricofy @R299.99 Instead they have put 1x6 lowfat Shoprite milk on the combo and when I was paying it charged full price which came to R400 and they asked me to go get fullcream milk but on the display they have put lowfat with the combo meaning we can take it for this combo. But the supervisor said they can't give me the combo I'll have to come back when they have the fullcream milk but why did they have to put lowfat milk with the combo if it's not possible to get them with combo!? I wasted time at the shop and no one apologized for the inconvenience caused and worse part I had to go back to get staff that will make R300 because that's what I have budgeted for and returning to the queue I had to start from different queue as the cashier closed the till.
