Disrespectful and rude security guard Nkhokhelo Shoprite Prichard street

I have never been disrespected like this in my entire being by a small boy at Shoprite Prichard Street. I went to go buy a few things that I needed and paid for them, the door was manned by a security guard by the name of Nkhokhelo was standing there having a chat with a guy, he wanted me to go give him the recipient that I just bought the things I needed. I then asked him do you expect me to come to you and his answer was so rude and disrespectful in a sense that I felt belittled by this guy. I don't know if he wanted to show the guy he was standing with that he can be rude or what , the guy I was with ended up giving him the receipt. I reprimanded him not to talk to me in that manner and he still continued. That's when I decided to go look for the store manager and was told his not in ,the lady took me to an office where I found 2 guys who said they were managers and the was a lady who they said was a supervisor. I'm not happy at all at how my complaint was handled, furthermore the very same receipt that they want at the door it's just a ticking exercise for the guards they don't balance the receipt against items bought.Even this didn't even check the items bought .
