It was yesterday the 16th of June 2022, here I was at Shoprite in Khumalo street Tokoza. I went there to buy some things since it is a BIG RED SALE OOKAY..

It was around 11:40 or so in the morning, I arrived to check a few items that are on special, boom I got myself on the toiletry side I saw Johnson and Johnson petroleum jel two for R28.00 as per price tag. I went there to pay, I tried paying for other items then when it came to petroleum jel the lady said it's R25.00 each I explained to her that I saw the price Tag it says R28.00 for two, With no hesitation I went and fetch a Big price tag and show it to her. "YES I WAS RIGHT". The front end manager said "ayy ayikho lento le then she left me there", cool. They call the manager in duty to come and assist while I am still in possession of the Price Tag. I am holding it so high so that everyone can see it.

Here comes Mr Manager and his assistant Manager with two securities coming to where I was standing next to the till, The Manager on duty came with securities to me ngathi I have stole something, two he looked at me and the price right on my face and he spoke with the cashier and the security and he left me there without him saying any single word, That time are all on me since I am the stupid and crazy one there, And he left without even apologising about the typo from their side or even him try to authorise for me the sale, I said to them guys the PRICE I SEE IS THE PRICE I PAY. Manager LEFT ME THERE STANDING NO HELP, NO WORDS NO APOLOGY , NO SALE, HOWEVER ONE THING THAT I GOT ITS THE ALL EYES ON ME SINCE I AM THE STUPID CUSTOMER THERE. IS THAT HOW SHOPRITE RUN A BUSINESS IS THAT HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS ??? TO LOOK DOWN ON THEIR CUSTOMERS, WHAT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHAT ABOUT THE PROPER APOLOGY ? WOW I AM SHOCKED AND DISRESPECTED AND HUMILIATED SINCE I WAS TREATED LIKE A NOTHING IN THE STORE INSTEAD HE COMES UP WITH THE SECURITIES AS IF I HAVE STOLE SOMETHING, I AM MAD ACTUALLY SOMEONE MUST PAY FOR ALL OF THIS. YOU CAN EVEN ASK FOR THE FOOTAGE FOR ALL OF THIS SAGA THAT HAPPENED THERE. ATTACHED BELOW IS THE PROOF OF THE PRICE THAT I SAW ON SHELF, I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT SINCE THEY HAVE FAILED ME THERE..
