Disregarded and Disrespected

I went to Shoprite yesterday( 10/09/2021) as it was daughters 2nd birthday to get party supplies, when I get to the express till I was waiting to be helped then the teller call me and say "Tlaya (come) in a very rude manner, when I get to her she doesn't even greet me she just says" Do you want a plastic". I just looked at her and said hello and yes I'd like a plastic. After that she tills my things doesn't even look at me or ask me if I have the Xtra savings card nothing. Next thing she puts the plastic on top of the things I bought and looks at me and I looked at her too like do you expect me to park myself, eventually she parks and I left going to the Money Market. (first time e ever I didn't know how it worked) When I got there the ladies are busy taking amongst themselves (the tellers) I greet she doesn't respond and I say I'd like to withdraw money (I was with my niece) , I give her the phone and she does her thing she say's "keya mang and I show her my nice and she says where is her ID and I'm like really, kare e tswa kae x Very rudely and we say the name. She goes to say," o tlile le motho fela ga itse sepe mxm jerrr la lapisa" that time I'm going ballistic with anger but I keep calm and my niece says next to me this lady is rude and I say to her I know then we walk away from her and she gets up from her chair looks to the direction of the Exit door and says very loudly " Service yaka Entle neh" I looked at her lost for words and I go to security and tell the guy what happened and ask him if the manager is around and he says no they just left and it was around 16:20pm. I am going back Tomorrow I'm fuming and to think the same lady helped a White lady in front of me soo nicely it clearly shows that the sfaff there are discriminating against black people. If your a White person you a certain type of treatment and because I'm black I was treated with so much disrespect as A Customer I'm very disappointed. I know my rights as a customer very well and that was truly the worst treatment ever. The Shoprite vision statement puts such things to shame
