Dismissed in April but no payment received

My sister has been employed since 2009 - Emp no:*** and was dismissed in April 2015. The HR has been pulling her back and forth, when she enquired about her money. She went several times to finalize the matter at Freshmarkt, but to no joy. She has been sent to several people in their head office in Cape Town, who are not even aware of her matter, Nothing has been processed for her to get her money. She was never paid her Severance Pay, nor pro rata Leave pay, No Notice Pay and her salary. It is so frustrating for her because she has been waiting, it is six months now. she has not received even a cent. When she calls and leave a message for Gerald, no one returns her calls. I think someone need to intervene to help her. The communication with people from HR is pathetic. Please help her
