Dishonesty

My fiancé went to the Kenako branch yesterday to buy a few items for the kids. He lost his cellular inside the store, when he asked if they can view footage for him they did but came back to confirm that he is seen on camera coming in with his phone on hand but they didn't check what happened further. Of which I don't think that's true maybe they saw one of their staff taking the phone bcz why else wouldn't they divulge more info on what happened further. If it were a customer they wouldn't be held liable for the loss, so I believe it were a customer they would have showed him what happened. I'm so disappointed at this brach I've always done my shopping there very friendly staff and quick service never had a problem until now. I hope this matter can be resolved and proved that indeed a customer took the cellular and not the staff cause it would be really bad for business to have staff that has long fingers... THANK YOU!!
