Disheartening service from Shoprite Hinterland Mamelodi

What appalling service from the staff at shoprite Hinterland Mamelodi, we came in to make a purchase and there after do a till withdrawal, we were sent from piller to post just to get a R90, every teller kept saying they don't have money in their till, that time itnis after 15h00 hours in the afternoon. The money cashier controller Sanie, as the name on her name tag said was not even attentive or helpful, no communication with us on the progress of our request, we had to ask what is happening after waiting almost 15 minutes with no way forward and she dismissively answered telling us that she is trying to get change for the teller. When she did finally give the teller whoes name is Kgomotsi, we asked can we get the R90, the cashier complained saying she doesn't have it. Goodness me at this point it was so hard to hold our dissatisfaction an asked her what does she mean, at the point Sanie, whom I presume is in charge of the cashiers left and did not even want to assist. The employees at this shoprite are in serious need of customer service training because what we witnessed was scary, the treat customers as if they are doing them a favour, they are negative, demoralized and simply rude. I don't know what Shoprite did or did not do to or for their employees for them to carry themselves in this manner and feel comfortable to have such high disregard towards the stores customers and their jobs, I seriously belive they do not understand the nature of business and its purpose.
