Disgusting voucher decline.

I bought a Shoprite voucher from Computicket last night for a friend. When she went to use it this morning it was declined. The management in Shoprite Sunnyside then told her that vouchers starting with 93 is a problem and she should contact the seller. They refused to help her further. I believe they should have gone out of their way to sort the problem out and should have contacted head office about it. Instead my friend is totally inconvenienced and cannot eat because of your problem. Further you inconvenienced me by wasting my time on a problem not of my making. Apparently it happened to more people as well.
