Disgusting treatment

Shoprite South Africa i am deeply hurt and disappointed by how Shoprite has handled my recent incident. While shopping in your store, I slipped on a wet floor with no warning signs and fell, causing glass bottles to break and severely cut my hand. The situation could have been much worse—those shards could have easily injured my throat, or worse, cost me my life.

Instead of taking responsibility for failing to ensure customer safety, your managers had the audacity to blame me, saying I should have "looked where I was going." This response is not only unprofessional but incredibly heartbreaking. As a customer, I trusted Shoprite to provide a safe environment, and that trust has been completely shattered.

This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand a full investigation into this matter and proper steps to ensure the safety of all customers moving forward. I will not let this be swept under the rug, and I am prepared to take further action to protect myself and others.

To everyone reading this, please be cautious when shopping at Shoprite. Their lack of safety measures and disregard for customer welfare is alarming.
