Disgusting Shoprite Eerste River

On the 16th of February I visited shoprite Eerste River....and what a bad experience. Upon entering the store looked extremely untidy.The section where the baskets are held which is the first thing you see as you enter was so dirty and unhygienic baskets was dirty and not neatly packed and in every other basket was sanitising wipes. Sanitising wipes were to be thrown in a basket that stood one side and not in a closed container. The general appearance of the store was untidy I actually want to use the word disgusting....looked like a breeding ground for Covid-19 unpacked boxes and plastic wrapping was laying around and underneath shelves.Staff are unfriendly and some don't wear their masks properly as Covid19 protocol requires. While standing in que at the till staff proceeded to empty a pallet where plenty of ****roaches came out under. Very disappointed in Shoprite Eerste River!!
