Disgusting Service Randburg cashier wanted a physical dual.
Appalling disgusting service Shoprite Randburg so much so that the cashier even challenged me to a physical fight.Threw the money on the steel dashboard and threatened that she would do harm to me.All just because I told her to do her job and treat customers with the deserved respect.All I did was withdraw money and this is the respect I obtain as having been a loyal customer for years. The problem is we accept this behaviour and therefore they feel the Liberty to treat us in this manner.

01 Dec 2021, 13:38After I took the liberty to write an email to the Shoprite Customer Service, I received a response within days. Both the management of the store and management from Head office contacted me very apologetically. I must say they made good strides telephonically to resolve this matter. I believe the agent in question received a warning. Im not sure whether that remedied her behaviour and approach to customers but all I can say is that Shoprite really did their best to try and salvage the very serious situation.
