Disgusting service provided by Shoprite Newtown Junction Mall

I went to the Shoprite at Newtown Junction Mall on the 23/07/0218 to cash out funds that was sent to me via the Money Market service at Shoprite, when I got there I was assisted by a young lady she then asked me for the M number and my I.D book which I provide her with she then asked who sent me the money I gave her my brothers name and surname which she said it was incorrect and then I tried to call him but could get hold of him, I then asked the young lady why before when I used your Money market service I was never asked the name of the person that sent me the money she said that it was the business requirement and she doesn't know why I was not asked before. I then asked her why was it not stipulated on the adverti*****ts that it is a require that a client should provide the correct name of the person that sent the money because I failed to understand why she didn't assist me because I had all required documents and pins that I needed to cash out my funds.

I then asked the young lady to call her manager cause I didn't understand why she couldn't assist me, the young lady then called some lady and she then told me that it is the business requirement but then I also asked her why was that requirement not updated on the adverti*****t and also the terms and conditions of the Money Market transaction ? the " so called manager " then responded that it is the rules and they cant updated each and every adverti*****t every time there is a change in the business.

As a customer of Shoprite am extremely disappointed and angry by the kind of service and response that I received from Shoprite employees , This experience clearly showed me that Shoprite in Newtown Junction Mall doesn't value or even respect it's customers because if they is such changes is the business clients must be notified and updated at all time not provided with ****y response that is filled with attitude and disrespect. I would appreciate it if Shoprite attends to this case with immediate effect and I would also like to get an apology face to face from the Shoprite staff member that I dealt and the 'So called manager" who I was not so convinced was the manager.
