Disgusting service lack of

Had the worst experience with a person named kimira from Shoprite Chatsworth branch. She is absolutely rude and unhelpful.. Se refused to scan my 4 items at the customer service desk. Yet I always shop at Shoprite.. never do I complain as I join the queues when I have a trolley month end buying.. I had to call the manager who was extremely helpful as she also knows me. I always shop there. Kimira still insisted that there was no queue yet the lines were so long. She needs to be schooled all over again about customer service as she doesn't have a clue about the field.smile and do your job. Else leave.
