Disgusting service from Shoprite Ulundi

The disgusting service i received from Shoprite Ulundi Ezulwini Shopping Centre ***.the two cashiers Mini Gamede n Hlengiwe who refused to give me change for R20 when they had after I had paid for the groceries n asking for a cash back from Mini who could nt gve me.time: around 2pm.Mini culdnt get me the manager coz she was cashier n Hlengiwe refused to get me a manager who was not on the floor I stood der for more than 45min Hlengiwe reluctantly refused to assist until i went to their liquor store where i was given change by a Coca Cola Rep.still nt getting d manager.
