Disgusting service

I was at shoprite dobsonville mall today got to the store around 17:30 waited in the line until 18:00 after that long wait to be told I can't transact at the tills as the cash send or withdrawal option makes the tills freeze was sent to David the store manager who sent me to the money market counter and instructed the lady to assist me when she was done after waiting in the line for 20 minutes I walked up to the lady and asked her when will she assist me with great disgust and attitude she told me I should wait for the other cashier who was not there went and when she came back she stated she doesn't have money if this is how we as customers get treated at such big brand stores it high time we get the stores out or not support them if this is how we are iltreated in these stores then we should not support them its absolutely disgusting how we get treated we have rights as customers and some of us know our rights and won't take such disgusting behavior from employees
