Disgusting service

I don't even know where to start with writing you this review... Well it is with a very heavy heart and so much pain after being treated like unworthy and non deserving customers at one of your stores which is less cated in Daveyton precisely SESFIKILE SQUARE

after driving for a good 8 kilometers to buy necessities at this branch little did me and friend know that our whole night and weekend would be ruined by the appauling service that has been offered at this specific branch. Turns out and now this is according to them that their trading ours are 8:00 am to 19:00 pm yet the trading hours placed at the door read 20:00 pm, I kindly asked the security guard as to why the trading hours red 8 p.m. instead of 19:00 hours the security guard then close the door on me and simply told me that those hours were from a long time ago and that they were no longer valid I didn't proceeded to ask for the manager of the store and the same security guard had told me that he had called the manager and that the manager was coming me and the friend proceeded to wait for the manager for well over 45 minutes and yet the manager never showed up until after 45 minutes we were told that the manager refuses to come talk to us and has to explain to us why is it that the store was closed before the trading hours that will reflecting on the door we proceeded to demand that the manager comes and explain to us the situation as we were waiting they decided to close the door on us now I'm assuming the manager went out back or the manager used another exit as they close the door on us now at the very same store I was there earlier on in the morning and could not make the purchases that I needed to make because there were long queues and I was currently at work at the time this is why I made it a point to look at the trading hours so that I could come back after I had knocked off from work honestly I am very much disgusted and the type of treatment that we have been receiving from the store because at the very same time they were old grannies that was standing there outside being locked out because they also know that the store closes at 8 the service at the specific branch is appalling and I honestly do not understand why is it that we must be subjected to such treatment within the black Communities from a big brand like shoprite it's my humble request that you look into the matter and help us understand why is it that we are subjected to such ill treatment from the stuff at this branch I am very much disgusted by the type of service that I received at you was born on the 6th of February at approximately 7 p.m. below I have attached pictures and videos of what actually transpired at the store we demand an apology urgently as this cannot be tolerated we are not there to borrow the food we are there to buy the phone with money that we were thoughtful with my heart and money that I wake up in the morning for now this service cannot be tolerated it cannot or is it because we are black is it because we are in the Township that's why we are subjected to such treatment because I'm also white community this would have never happened this is not the treatment that white customers receive
