Disgusting service

Good day I would like to bring to the regional and senior management of Shoprite that the two cashiers on Friday afternoon 7th February 2025 between 2pm -3pm the store is usually at its busiest these two cashiers seated at till 8 and 9 were chatting and laughing having there own personal conversation elderly people that was in the queue were moaning as well for the long wait. However when I got to the till with my few items the cashier forgot to ring up my coke she couldn't give me any cash back she just answered she don't have money this is after she slammed the till draw closed I alerted her about the bottle of coke but that time she was busy with the next customer already and she said that I must go to another till and did not even offer me a bag . Shoprite senior of the regional customer service team please tell me what are you going to do about this customer service . I also asked another staff member that passed me by on my way out about the store manager they said his not available and if I wait it will be about 30 min to and hour I could not wait unfortunately. I demand that this be rectified as I was ill treated.
