Disgusting Service At Shoprite Eloff Street - Unapologetically Disrespectful Cashiers

I would like lodge a formal complaint against the poor and atrocious service offered by Shoprite Eloff Street, Johannesburg. The staff are unwelcoming and insist that customers pack their own groceries, and are gleefully unapologetic in their obstinance towards customers. Are we then, as customers, to understand that this the Shoprite way of doing things? If so, could we as customers please be advised nationally that Shoprite staff, esp cashiers, treat customers with the utmost disrespect and unwillingness to perform duties as basic as packing their groceries all while expecting customers to key in pins to enable payment. Please advise as this continued aggravation towards customers needs to be urgently addressed
