Disgusting Service

I received the worst service from Shoprite in Dawn Park , it is completely annoying and disgusting to be treated the way i was treated. I walked into the Shoprite store and to my surprise there was no one at the door to Sanitize the people that were walking into the store. I was also disrespected by the security guard at the door she told me to take the bottle of sanitizer and spray my own hands, i informed her that what they are doing is risky as too many people may have touched that bottle and we wouldn't know who has the corona virus. I refused to touch the bottle that they had left unattended at the door she then said "ïts okay if you don't want to sanitize the germs are yours and not mine" with an attitude and with total disrespect, I requested to see a manager and then found a manger (an African Male who did not even give his name ) he then took my number and assured me that they would resolve the matter and call me back 2 months later i have not received a call from anyone nor an apology. The service at that store is utterly revolting the total disregard for peoples lives just baffles me.
