Disgusting service....

So disgusted by these cashiers from Shoprite C*****dene! Their attitude towards customers, it's as if they were forced to come to work or doing us a favor with their poor services... Been to that store many times an i would say even management is flippant *********** bcs there's no way there can be such poor service without them noticing.... We buy Der bcs we dnt have anywhere else to go, bt honestly their staff is ungrateful, there's people out there who need jobs who can do better than that treatment they offer usus as a black community.... Just today, like every other day, I was at Shoprite liquor and as always the lady named NQOBILE MAKUWA jst never greeted, PUNCHED her till I had to ask for a plastic bag, which she just took n placed on top of my goods dt I just bought... I stood Der for a few 2-3 minutes, jst waiting to see n hear if she'll say or do something... I finally asked her if I should pack these myself and she boldly said yes, I asked her why? She said they don't have packers... I was so disgusted at da level of her service as a Frontline worker, how do u do that.. Not that I mind packing myself bt it is ur duty to do so... These ladies are just undermining us bcs we r based in a poor black community that probably dsnt know how to complain.. Only that am not dramatic, dnt have time to be calling for managers cs I know, my hand can b very fast when irritated.... I feel dt the manager is poor at her skill and doesn't care bcs she/he is supposed to c these things.. Just da other day, a whole supervisor, or so it seemed, jsr decided to put on a closed sign on a till while am standing Der and said, IVALIWE... so this behavior is something that is a norm at Shoprite... God blesses people who are ungrateful with jobs... Disgusted!!!!
